I recently activated my GPS tracker, but I don't see it on the map.

This is common when you first activate your GPS tracker. Once the device is activated, it will need to report to the system again before going into its normal configuration state. This will either take place when it does its next 12-hour scheduled check-in, or when you remove the batteries for 1 minute and then reinstall them to reset the device. If the device is indoors when it attempts to report then it may not be able to get signal to update the location, so it is recommended to leave the device outside or install it on the intended asset so it will have an adequate signal.   

If you have tried everything above and you still don't see your location on the map, contact technical support.
