This is common when you first activate your GPS tracker. Many of our devices (Yabby, Oyster2, Remora) have a sleep mode. This means, when the device is stationary, it goes to sleep to save power. Once the device begins moving 750ft or more, then it will "wake-up" and begin reporting position.
If you just activated your device, odds are the device is sleeping and our software does not know the location of your tracker. Please take the device with you for a "test drive". Otherwise, you can remove and reinstall the batteries, which will cause the device to report location for the first time.
If you have already traveled 750ft or more and you still don't see your location on the map, contact technical support.
