The most common cause for being able to log into the computer but not the mobile app is an incorrect password. Please review the following common mistakes:
- If you are using Copy and Paste, please make sure there are no trailing spaces in the password that you are copying.
- If you are manually typing in your password, some phones will automatically make the first letter a capital letter. Passwords are case-sensitive and you need to enter the password exactly as it was sent to you.
