How to check the Route History

Using our tracking software, you can view the route history of your tracking device from the computer or your mobile device. 


Mobile Application


1. Open the mobile application and locate the device you would like to check the history for on the map. 



2. A box will pop up at the bottom of the screen when you click on the device on the map. Then click on View More. 



3. This will take you to the overview of the device. Now click on the tab that says Routes. (On iPhones this will appear as an icon that looks like a curvy road)



4. By default, it will take you to the route history from today, but if you need to view other dates you can do so by clicking where it says Today and selecting the start and stop dates for the period you would like to see. Then click Apply to view the data.



5. Now you will see a visual representation of the routes on the map as well as a list of the start and stop locations with time and mileage for each trip. 





Web Application


1. Log in to your tracking account at FLEETone.LoneStarTracking.com and locate the device you would like to view the history of from the list on the left side of the screen and click on it.




2. This will take you to the overview of the device. Now click on the tab that says Routes. 




3. By default, it will take you to the route history from today, but if you need to view other dates you can do so by clicking where it has today's date and selecting the start and stop dates for the period you would like to see. Then click Save to view the data.





4.  Now you will see a visual representation of the routes on the map as well as a list of the start and stop locations with time and mileage for each trip.
