How do I cancel or suspend my service?

LoneStar Tracking is a prepaid service.  You are free to cancel your account at any time and reactivate at anytime in the future.  We don't offer suspensions, simply because when you are ready, you can just reactivate your account by purchasing a new subscription.


If you would like to cancel your account, you have 3 options:


  1. You can cancel from your My Account page which is available at:  https://www.lonestartracking.com/my-account/
  2. Send an email to our support team with your request.  The email address is:  support@lonestartracking.com
  3. Give us a call and we can help out.  1-877-777-8636


If you would like to re-activate your devices in the future, simply visit our website and purchase a new subscription.
