Why can I log in to the Mobile app but not the Web app?

If you can log in to the mobile application but are having trouble logging into the web application, try the following.


  1. Check that there are no typos in the email or password

  2. Once you have ensured everything is spelled correctly, check to make sure that there aren't any additional spaces added to the email or password. (This can happen sometimes if you are copying and pasting the information) 

  3. Some browsers will have a check box that you are required to click in order to verify you are not a robot. If your browser has this, make sure the box is checked.
