Magnet Install Guide

You will receive: 

2 Magnets 

2 Screws 

2 Nuts  -  8mm or 5/16

(4 each if installing magnets on the SolarMax or SmartOne Solar)

The white spacer between the magnets is NOT used.

You will need: 

1 phillips head screwdriver 

1 pair of pliers (or wrench)

Install:

1. Place the screw through the magnet so the phillips head is in the indention of the magnet, you will see the head of the screw (+) and the gasket ring on the same side.

2.  Place the screw and magnet inside the hole that is on the side of the device with the stickers (bottom or side that will face the asset).

3. Screw the nut to the bottom of the screw until tight.  This will take a phillps head screwdriver and a pair of pliers or wrench to hold the nut.

REPEAT to install more magnets.
