Add users to your LockON GPS account

If you are needing to add additional users to your LockON GPS account, you will first need to contact support and request a "manager account".  Our tech support team will convert your current account into a "Manager Account" which will give you the ability to add new users and assign devices to specific users.


  1. Log into LockON GPS from a computer.  In the upper right of your screen, click the "gear" icon.  
  2. This will bring you to your "User Management" screen.  It will show you a list of all the users that currently have access.  In the upper right, please click the "Add New User" icon:  
  3. Please fill in the information on this screen.  At a minimum, please input the new users email address.  The system will automatically generate a password and email it to the new user.  
  4. Next, click on the OBJECTS tab at the top.  This will show you a list of GPS trackers that are active in your account.  From here, you can select the devices that you would like the new user to have access to.  Once complete, click SAVE.  

All done!  Your new user has been created, a password has been sent to them and devices have been assigned to their account.  Good job!
