Internet offline/power outage alert

I was wondering if there was any sort of alert that can be sent out when there is power failure or loss of internet connection and the whole system goes offline?

Here is how you can know if something is not right - Please login on your LST Vita account and head over to your personal settings - I have included a screenshot on a good example on how to make sure you are alerted if one of your devices goes out of range OR offline.

You will be notified via that notification if your device goes offline due a power cut of internet interruption,
